Privacy

Ironlight Publishing runs this service. We collect only what the service needs.

• Audit visitors: the website address you enter, the measurements taken of its public front page, and a hashed form of your connection address to limit abuse. If you ask for the report by email, your name, business and email, used only to send it and to answer you.
• Clients: the business profile you give us, the access tokens the platforms issue when you connect an account (encrypted at rest, revocable by you), the content produced, messages exchanged, and the metrics the platforms report.
• Never: passwords, payment card numbers (payments are handled by a payment processor), or data about people under 13.

We do not sell personal data. Anonymised patterns about what works may be learned across clients only where the agreement allows it; no client's facts or content are shown to another. You may ask for a copy or deletion of your data by writing to the address in your agreement. Cookies: one session cookie for the client portal and the console; none for tracking.
