Marketing for small businesses, run by software, watched by a person
Your marketing, done every day.
Without the agency.
Posts, articles, website updates and reports, planned from the facts of your business and published on your own accounts. Every item is checked against the rules before it goes anywhere. You see previews; you keep the kill switch.
Plans from facts
Your business profile is the only place facts live: hours, prices, offers, voice. Nothing is published that the profile does not support. No invented reviews, numbers or customers, ever.
Routed by risk
Routine work runs on schedule. Promotions and articles reach you as previews with a deadline. Replies, ads and anything in a regulated field wait for an explicit yes. New clients start one tier stricter.
Proof, not promises
A baseline before anything changes, a weekly summary, a monthly before-and-after, and an honest "can't tell" where the numbers cannot say. We guarantee the work, never the results.
What runs today
We add a service to this list only after it has run for thirty days on our own businesses without a bad item going live.
- Social content on up to three channels: written, scheduled, previewed, published on your accounts.
- Website updates and blog articles that answer the questions your customers actually ask.
- Search basics: titles, descriptions, structured data and a sitemap kept right.
- Reports: what went out, what it did, what changes next.
Coming as each earns its place: email to your subscribers, Google Business Profile posts, short video from your clips, review monitoring, ad management inside hard spend caps.
What we will never do, whatever you ask
Automated replies, DMs or messages to strangers. Platform automation rules forbid unsolicited automated replies; they draw spam reports and suspensions.
Bulk cold email or cold texts. Email and texting law; texts need the recipient's prior consent.
Mass-generated pages to manipulate search rankings. Google's scaled content abuse policy, whoever or whatever made the pages.
Fake or AI-written reviews, bought followers or engagement, paid or suppressed reviews. The FTC rule on reviews and testimonials, with civil penalties per violation.
Guaranteed rankings or results. Nobody controls the platforms' algorithms; a guarantee is a false claim.
Storing a client's passwords or signing in as them. Official account connections only; passwords break on two-factor login and make us the breach target.
Scripting a platform's website to get around its API. Named as off-limits in platform automation rules; assumed everywhere.
Unreviewed content in finance, health or legal. Regulated claims carry legal exposure; an attorney sets the rules for each vertical first.
