How it runs
From sign-up to steady running in nine steps. After step five the system needs you only for previews and for news about your business.
- Sign up. Package chosen, agreement signed: no guaranteed results, your approval rules, permission to learn from anonymised data.
- Intake. A form covering your facts, offers, audience, voice samples, competitors, off-limits topics and who may approve.
- Connect accounts. You authorise each platform on its own login page. We never see a password; you can revoke access any time.
- Baseline. Traffic, leads, followers, rankings and ad costs recorded before anything changes.
- Plan. A 30-day calendar and targets; you approve it once.
- Run. Create, check against today's rules, route by risk, publish, on your package's schedule.
- Measure and adapt. Each week effort shifts toward what is working, and every test is logged where you can see it.
- Report. A weekly summary and a monthly report against the baseline.
- Renew, pause or leave. Leaving revokes every connection and hands you your content and data.
Four tiers of autonomy
| Tier | What happens | Used for |
|---|---|---|
| Auto | Publishes on schedule and is logged | Evergreen posts, technical fixes, reports |
| Preview | You get a preview; it publishes after 24 hours unless you object (48 in your first month) | Promotions, prices, events, articles, emails, website edits |
| Approval | Waits for an explicit yes | Ad launches and budgets, replies to reviews and comments, anything in a regulated field, anything showing identifiable people |
| Never | Refused in code | The list |
- New clients start one tier stricter for 30 days.
- Any channel drops a tier after an incident and earns it back with clean history.
- A hard monthly ad-spend cap per client, enforced in code.
- One kill switch, yours and ours, pauses everything.
Talking to us
One inbox per client. Tell us a fact changed and we confirm before acting: "New Saturday hours 9 to 2 from Oct 17. Reply YES to confirm." Questions come with a default and a deadline; silence triggers the default. Instructions count only from the people you named. Two missed previews in a row drops you to evergreen content only until we hear from you; thirty silent days and a person calls.
